I lost my tickets
In this case it is most likely that you are not able to travel, unless you have an electronic ticket (few companies provide that today).
The printed ticket is required to board & cannot be replaces by the reference code or number.
Under this scenario, passenger is asked to issue a new ticket & follow the lost ticket process of each ferry company.
In most cases if the lost ticket is not used to travel, could be possibly refunded by the end of the year. This though depends on the ferry company. It is recommended to get in touch with the ferry company directly, but if you need some help, we could guide on the relevant process.
